International Law aspects of Nanotechnology discussed in the journal includes (i) non-proliferation effort of nanotechnology, (ii) international administration of nanotechnology, (iii) model laws on nanotechnology, (iv) management of self-replicating nanotechnology, (v) adjustment of humanitarian laws toward nanotechnology and (vi) space exploration. Some of the topic will be intertwined with the discussion on transhuman law and artificial intelligence law. |
